Where does the yacht depart from?
• Dubai Harbour, besides Bar Du Port

Do you offer transfers?
• We only offer VIP transfers. Please contact us if you require this service.

Is this a private yacht?
• It's a shared experience so you will be enjoying with others.

Will there be an assigned space for us?
• No, it's open seating. You are free to roam around the entire yacht.

Is the alcohol unlimited?
• Yes, we offer unlimited premium beverage selections.

Can I swim?
• Swimming is allowed during the day experience.

Are babies allowed?
• No, but children above 5 years are allowed at the regular price.

Is there a specific dress code?
• Wear what you’re comfortable in. For the day experience, opt for casual and swimwear for water activities. For the evening dress to impress.

Do I need to pay for anything?
• No, everything is inclusive.

What time should we arrive on the day?
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.

Can we wear shoes on board?
• No.

What if I'm late?
• Please note 100% charges will apply as a no-show.

What is the cancellation policy?
• Full refund if canceled 48 hours prior.

Can you arrange a special celebration for me?
• Yes, but prior notice is required and chargeable. Please contact us.

What if the sea is rough?
• We will restrict navigation and anchor in a safe harbor.

Are watersports included?
• Yes, a jetski (15 minutes) is included during the day experience.

What if I am vegetarian?
• We have vegetarian options on board

What should I bring with me?
• A digital copy of your passport or Emirates ID.
