Terms and Conditions of Use for DXBOOKER Platform

These terms and conditions establish the relationship between you and the DXBOOKER platform and define how you can use its services and features. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform’s services. The terms mentioned below are designed to provide better services to DXBOOKER customers. Please read them carefully to understand how DXBOOKER operates.

1. General Terms and Conditions

1.1 By registering or purchasing from DXBOOKER, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept the terms, you will not be able to use the platform’s services.
1.2 These terms apply to all services offered via the website, in-person purchases, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
1.3 DXBOOKER always complies with the laws of the UAE and serves as a platform for selling leisure tickets and booking tourism services in Dubai and the UAE.
1.4 DXBOOKER strives to offer services through the best providers; however, the responsibility for service quality lies with the respective service providers, and DXBOOKER assumes no liability in this regard.
1.5 DXBOOKER guarantees the confidentiality and protection of customers’ personal information.
1.6 Customers acknowledge that, except for obligations explicitly committed by DXBOOKER, they will not have any claims, complaints, or demands against DXBOOKER, its management, or employees.
1.7 Any changes to the terms will be communicated to customers.
1.8 DXBOOKER is not responsible for fluctuations in ticket prices, as prices are calculated based on daily exchange rates.

2. Ticket and Service Policies

2.1 Changes to the date and time after booking and payment are not allowed.
2.2 Cancellation or refund of purchased bookings is not possible.
2.3 Customers must fully comply with the rules of the respective venues. While general rules are provided on the DXBOOKER website, adherence to venue rules is the customer’s responsibility.
2.4 It is the customer’s responsibility to verify operating hours, holidays, and special occasions before booking. DXBOOKER is not liable for any changes made by the venues.
2.5 Failure to show up on time at the designated meeting point will result in no refund or rescheduling.
2.6 In cases of weather conditions or other service disruptions by the provider, only the ticket amount will be refunded. Transfer fees will not be refunded.
2.7 Refunds are not available for unused services.
2.8 In cases of full capacity or other issues after booking and payment, your reservation will be replaced or the payment will be refunded within two business days based on mutual agreement.

3. Transfer Policies

3.1 Customers must provide an accurate pick-up address when requesting transfers. The transfer schedule will be communicated to the customer.
3.2 Customers must be present at the designated pick-up point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
3.3 For shared transfers, no delays (even for one minute) are tolerated, and the driver will leave immediately.
3.4 For private transfers, a maximum delay of 10 minutes is allowed, after which the driver will leave.
3.5 Transfer fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances, even in case of booking cancellations.

4. Payment Methods

DXBOOKER offers three payment options:

  • Online payment via the payment gateway and debit/credit cards.
  • Offline payment (bank transfer via PAYA or SATNA) with a 2% discount.
  • On-site payment in Dubai (in AED or USD), which incurs a fee of AED 35. For purchases above AED 2,000 or USD 550, this fee is waived.

4.1 Fees and Charges: You agree to pay all fees, charges, and taxes associated with your booking.

5. Eligibility Requirements

5.1 Minimum Age Requirement:
You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your country, whichever is higher. By using the platform, you confirm and warrant meeting this requirement.
5.2 Accuracy of Information:
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during account creation or booking and update it as necessary.

6. User Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities:
You agree to refrain from the following:

  • Using the platform for illegal activities or violating any local, national, or international laws.
  • Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
  • Disrupting, damaging, or attempting unauthorized access to the platform’s systems or networks.
  • Posting offensive, obscene, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate content.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership Rights:
All content on the platform, including logos, images, and software, is owned by DXBOOKER and protected under intellectual property laws.
7.2 Limited License:
DXBOOKER grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of the platform. Users may not use content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Responsibility for Service Providers:
DXBOOKER is not liable for the actions, omissions, or service quality of providers.
8.2 Platform Provided “As Is”:
DXBOOKER does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform operation.
8.3 Limitation of Damages:
To the extent permitted by law, DXBOOKER is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes and Termination

9.1 Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. For significant changes, you will be notified via email or on the platform. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the changes.
9.2 Termination:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion for any reason, including non-compliance with these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE, and apply to all users regardless of their location.
10.2 Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, they will be addressed in Dubai courts.
