Ticket Information

EKart Zabeel ticket sales are final and are 100% non-refundable.
Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware, or alcohol into the premises.
Please carry a valid photo ID with you.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your session time

Important things to know before your visit

Ekart Zabeel Dubai Dress Code: Please wear racing suits over your clothes with loose clothing tucked inside.
Please wear enclosed footwear.
Please notify management of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations, or medical conditions including but not limited to, neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.
Valid voucher to be presented at the admission counter
Drivers must be at least 14 years old, 140 cm tall, and weigh less than 120 kg.
Please participate in the safety briefing prior to driving.
Any participant driving dangerously will be removed from the race and no refund will be made.
Drivers are responsible for and agree to pay for any damage to karts and equipment.
Glass containers or bottles are not allowed on the circuit.
Food and drinks are not allowed once participants enter the turnstiles.
Refunds are not available for services that have been partially used, and in the event that a guest does not arrive at the scheduled start time, the service provider retains the authority to impose a 100% no-show fee.

By car: EKart Zabeel Dubai is located in The Dubai Mall, which is easily accessible by car. You can park the car in The Dubai Mall parking free of cost.

By public transportation: The mall is easily accessible by public transportation. If you are taking the metro, you can get off at the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa station and walk to the mall via an air-conditioned overpass.

By taxi: You can also take a taxi to the mall from anywhere in Dubai. It’s a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
